More Birds began as a café and bakery, but over the years has evolved into much more than that. Today, we create places, meals, baked goods and experiences that bring people together.

The bread and raw materials are still the heart of what we make. We work closely with our products and manufacturers and emphasize quality, craftsmanship and good hospitality — whether you stop by for a loaf of bread, have a meal with us or attend a workshop or event.

On Sneppevej you will find café Fovl, where it all began. A special local spirit hole with room to come as one is.

In Democracy Garage you will findMore Birds as a gathering place around bread, meals, and fellowship. This is also where our bakery journey really took off — a journey that has since grown to our large bakery and production facilities at Rentemestervej 80.

At café Flok in the Library on Rentemestervej we serve a selection of our baked goods and the dish of the day. On Tuesdays and Thursdays we also invite you to eat together among the books in the library.

In the Several Birds Bakery & Store on Rentemestervej 80 you will get very close to our bakery. Here you will find breads and pastries, as well as small dishes from the sweet and savory cuisine. On the shelves we also have natural wines, cookbooks, candles and napkins, as well as eggs, milk, cheeses and charcuterie from producers we work closely with. We also make granola, breadcrumbs, jams and other products, where we try to make the most of our raw materials and production.

At Vanløse Fugle på Godthåbsvej, we take the bakery out to another Copenhagen district. Here you can stop by for bread and pastries from our bakery, have a coffee or settle in the café — a local Vere Fugle place in the middle of Vanløse.

At Café Lille Fugl in Gammel Strand you will meet our pastries from the bakery in Nordvest along with small dishes from the café's kitchen — and the opportunity to continue the walk up through the house to the exhibitions in Gammel Strand.

In Nørrebrohallen we serve a wide selection of our baked goods and invite you to a communal meal every Tuesday and Thursday. Together with Nørrebro Library, we also create special events where food, culture and community meet in new ways.

In Cinemateket we bring together many of the experiences that Several Birds have made over the years. Here, bakery, cuisine, culture and hospitality meet in a wide variety of meals and experiences.

In Bakværket on Rentemestervej 80, inside the courtyard, we gather workshops, company events, community dinners and special events under one roof. Here there is room for both hands in the dough, long tables and larger groups — and to use bread, food and shared experiences as a way to bring people together.

Common to all of our places is the desire to create something that tastes good, feels good and makes people want to be together.
