Experience Copenhagen’s community-driven gastronomy scene.

Join us for this community baking experience that combines world-class baking and meaningful cultural encounters with the locals in the vibrant neighborhood of Nordvest.

You will learn how to bake the world-known Danish cinnamon and cardamom bun with young apprentices from Flere Fugle’s Baking Academy, who are training to become skilled bakers. 

The workshop is led by the master baker Thomas Christensen, who will help you step-by-step. From shaping the perfect bun to glazing it after baking, you will leave with a technique, which you can take home and share with your friends and family.

While the buns are proofing, you'll enjoy a tour of the vibrant and diverse neighbourhood of Nordvest and discover a new side of Copenhagen, guided by the locals themselves. 

At the end of the experience, you have the chance to taste your freshly baked pastries and take some of them home to enjoy.
